Guests receive an email after their stay to leave a review. The scores are calculated by means of an analysis of the written review and are based on the past 12 months. Written reviews are summarised because we cannot show them in full due to copyright issues. But positive or negative, we post them all. We do not pay for reviews and fake reviews are reported.
