Cancellations

In case of cancellations, the amount to which you are entitled according to the cancellation policy will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days.

Please note: when canceling a non-flex reservation (also FIX or EARLYBIRD), you are not entitled to a refund.

Cancel your reservation

Enter the reservation number and email address you used to make the reservation. Only online reservations made via the Stayokay website can be cancelled here.

Did you (partially) pay for your booking with a gift voucher? Send an email to info@stayokay.com to get the amount of the gift voucher back (on the voucher).
