Coronavirus (COVID-19) and your booking

The coronavirus is affecting all of us. Stayokay is doing everything possible to deal with this as best we can. And we are open for business again.
Bookings up to 20 guests
Good news! Our hostels have taken various measures and are open to welcome you again. It's still possible that something changes that impacts your booking. In that case the hostel will contact you.
Did you choose a 'non-flex' booking on Stayokay.com before 16 March 2020 and was this stay cancelled by the hostel? In view of the special circumstances, we will offer a voucher for the amount of the booking. The voucher is valid for one year and can be redeemed at any of our 22 locations throughout the Netherlands. If the voucher is not redeemed within 12 months, then you can request a refund.
Non-flex bookings made after 15 March 2020 are subject to the standard cancellation policy.

Groups larger than 20 guests
For bookings from 1 August 2020, the standard cancellation policy will apply again.
As you can probably expect, our booking office is very busy at the moment. We're trying to respond to everyone as quickly as possible, but a longer than normal waiting time must be taken into account. We do ask that you please keep all correspondence to email via email@example.com for the time being.
