Registration (inschrijven)
If you're going to be staying in the Netherlands for at least one month, with us or otherwise, then you'll need to register (inschrijven) with the local municipality (gemeente). Registration at the hostel's address is no problem, and students can also receive post/mail. Just make sure to provide proof of de-registering before you check out!

Terms and conditions
- Reservations are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
- Check-in is from 15:00 on the arrival date.
- Arriving later? Contact the hostel prior to 23:00 to avoid cancellation of reservation.
- No deposit is required, but full payment for the first week/month must made by bank transfer prior to arrival.
- Proof of registration/admission to the school is required via email prior to arrival.
- If you're registered as a resident of the city, no tourist tax applies.
- Rates for Utrecht are valid until 31 October 2024.
- Discount for Stayokay card or Hostelling International members does not apply.
