Group Activities

"Fill your backpack with experiences, not things"

Since 1929, we have been welcoming guests from home and abroad who are keen to get out and about, discover new places and meet other people. Many of our hostels work in partnership with local organisations and providers that focus on nature, recycling, local production or social impact. We’d be happy to tell you more about activities in the area that tie in with these themes.

This way, you’ll not only explore the local area, but also learn more about nature, local initiatives and ways in which people are becoming more mindful of how they use resources and care for their environment.

From organic breakfast to recycled uniforms

At Stayokay, we’re working on ways to reduce the impact of our accommodation on people and the environment. We do this, for example, through the choices we make regarding energy, food, materials and how we run our businesses.
Our hostels are certified with the EU Ecolabel for tourist accommodation. This independent European quality mark sets requirements across various areas, including energy consumption, water consumption, waste management and procurement.

We’re also committed to ensuring our guests have a pleasant stay whilst making a positive contribution to the local communities where our hostels are located.
