High tea or healthy tea?
When booking a high tea at Central Park, your mouth will water in anticipation. Because it all sounds so tempting, all the cheesecake, chocolate cake and scones with fresh cream and jam. Done? Not at all, because these are followed by savoury sandwiches with cheese, pesto, chicken and a salmon wrap.
Central Park is known for its high tea both in and outside of Apeldoorn: a sampling of many delicious sweets such as carrot cake and banana cake, and savoury sandwiches. Including an unlimited supply of tea. Do you prefer something a bit healthier? You can also reserve a healthy tea based on superfoods. Not only the high tea is a great success, the décor is also sensational: cosy and messy, with the vibe of an old-fashioned shop with vintage details and furniture.
Nice to know!
Fancy a beer after tea? Go for ‘beer, bites and balls’: a sampling of four different seasonal beers from brewery De Schavuyt in Apeldoorn with bitterballs (a traditional Dutch snack of deep-fried ragout balls) and other bites.
