Did you know the Domplein square might never have existed if the nave of the Domkerk hadn’t collapsed in 1674? During a Journey of Discovery from DOMunder, you’ll find out all about this historic event. The entrance to this journey is right in the middle of the age-old square. From this point, you’ll follow the route during which you’ll activate stories and animations with a smart flashlight and bring the history of Utrecht to life. You’ll also encounter archaeological treasures found during the excavations.
