Got a Gift Voucher?
- Choose your favourite hostel and select a room
- In the last step of the booking process, enter the code of the gift voucher at 'redeem gift voucher'
- Complete your booking by paying any remaining amount

The gift voucher...
- is valid on Stayokay.com (up to 20 persons) for stays at all locations in the Netherlands
- cannot be redeemed in the hostel (for touristtax, in the restaurant or bar)
- is available from €25 and is valid indefinitely
- does not have to be spent in one go
- is not valid on pre-existing reservations
- cannot be exchanged for cash
- value can be checked via Gifty

Do you still have an old gift voucher (issued before December 2020)? Send an email to the hostel where you want to stay and indicate that you want to redeem your gift voucher. State the amount and number of your voucher, and remember to take the voucher with you at check-in. These vouchers are now also valid indefinitely.
Did you make a booking with a gift voucher and do you want to cancel the booking? Then you will receive the amount you paid with the gift card back on the gift card. Read more about cancellation and the cancellation conditions here.
