See the Animals at the Zoo

Diergaarde Blijdorp is a beautiful, modern and spacious zoo, where you can wander through the various continents. One of the main attractions is the Ice Cave, where you’ll come face to face with the polar bears. Be sure to keep your camera ready!

“Polar bear twins Sizzel and Todz steal the show together with their family in the Ice Cave.”

What shall we do first? To the Oceanium where you’ll travel to the bottom of the sea and come face to face with playful sealions and curious sea turtles? Or do you prefer to traverse the tropical Amazon area to spot butterflies? In Diergaarde Blijdorp, you can travel the whole world and meet the many animals and their habitats. Tip: download the free Blijdorp app before your visit for an interactive map and discover the fun facts about the animals and plants.

Nice to know!
