Heavenly Haarlem. Feel like going on the town? Enjoy some culture, visit a museum or go shopping? Or do you prefer wandering through nature, cycling between the dunes, going for a walk on the beach? It’s all possible in and around Haarlem. Furthermore, ‘Heavenly Haarlem’ – the ‘northern city with southern flamboyancy’ – has an extremely central location: the bulb fields, the windmills of Zaanse Schans and the city of Amsterdam are all within easy reach. Stayokay Haarlem is situated on the edge of the Noorder Sports Park. The hostel restaurant boasts an excellent cuisine and you can also enjoy a meal and meet friends from all over the world in the friendly brown cafe ‘The Shuffle’. Haarlem is loved by people across the globe! The hostel has a great large terrace on the waterfront and you definitely won’t lack anything in terms of comfort.

Travelling plan

Public transport: Stayokay Haarlem is easy to reach by public transport. From Haarlem station take bus 2 in the direction of Haarlem-Noord. The bus stops in front of the hostel. From Santpoort-Zuid station the hostel is a ten-minute walk. To plan the train trip we recommend to use www.ns.nl.

Private transport: By car proceed from the back of the Haarlem station, following the signs to Alkmaar (A/N208). Follow the Westelijke Randweg until the traffic lights at the first exit past Bison Bowling. Take a right and then the next right. The parking lot is on your left. From the north take the Velsertunnel and then follow the signs for Haarlem-Noord. Take a left at the first set of traffic lights. The hostel is on your right.
