Sporty, varied and convivial. Never a dull moment at Stayokay Doorwerth. Traditionally, the Doorwerth hostel is a popular watering hole for sportsmen and sportswomen. And if you want to spend a few varied days on the edge of the Veluwe and the city of Arnhem, Stayokay Doorwerth is also a good choice. You will get a warm welcome, so that you will feel comfortably at home right from the start. This is a place that people visit for the good atmosphere. The heart of the hostel is the traditional Dutch ‘brown café’, the place where people get together. And its cosy ambience can be found throughout the hostel. In the restaurant, the chefs work towards making your evening as enjoyable as they can. They can treat groups to a wide variety of dinners, theme menus and barbecues. And when the weather’s right, you can eat outside on the terrace. Whether you want to have your breakfast at six o’clock in the morning or prefer it at one o’clock in the afternoon, this won’t be a problem – don’t hesitate to ask!

Travelling plan

Public transport: From Arnhem station take bus 86 and get off at the Kerklaan stop. At the traffic lights walk in the direction of Doorwerth. Walk 200m and you will see the hostel on your right. You can also take a ‘trein taxi’ for a fixed price from Arnhem station. To plan the train trip we recommend to use www.ns.nl.

Private transport: From Arnhem, drive through Oosterbeek and take a left at the Doorwerth exit. Go 200 m and you will see the hostel on your right. From Nijmegen/Rotterdam (A15), from the A50 motorway take the Renkum/Wageningen exit. At the fork take a right. Turn right at the second set of the traffic lights. Go 200 m and you will see the hostel on your right. From Utrecht/Apeldoorn (A12), from the A50 motorway take the Renkum/Wageningen exit. At the fork take a left and turn right at the third traffic lights. Go 200 m and you will see the hostel on your right.
